1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GAM Vehicle Editor ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your payment of the applicable license fee and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on up to two (2) personal computers that you own or control.
• Use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial modding activities.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any portion thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

4. License Activation

The Software requires a valid license key for full functionality. License keys are issued upon purchase and are tied to your account. Sharing or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at our discretion. Updates may be required to maintain access to certain features. We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, graphics, and documentation, is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Software edits game files. While we take precautions to prevent data loss, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your game files before use.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
